The same principle has also been used in surgery to lengthen fingers or legs and also to cover tissue defects in the face. If a certain part of the body is exposed to a constant, permanent stretch, the cells in that area begin to divide and multiply, thus increasing the tissue mass. The enlargement will consequently happen in both the length and width (girth) of the penis. This natural principle has been known and used through centuries in many different cultures in order to develop or extend various body parts (see photo).

A. Observation and analysis of African tribal practices, where lengthening of different body parts a traditional ritual. For hundreds of years lips, necks, penises, ear lobes and noses have been elongated by methods of long-term traction.

B. Tissue expansion: Tissue expanders are used in reconstructive plastic surgery, permitting reconstruction of wide areas of tissue-cover defects of most body areas, including:

1) Breast reconstruction after mastectomy
2) Abdominal wall reconstruction after trauma, infection or surgical procedures.
3) Head and neck reconstruction (facial, nose, ear, scalp, brow)

B2. Tissue Extension: (With and without interruption of cortical bone). Tissue extending devices have been used to lengthen arms, fingers and legs in Orthopedic Surgery since Russian Professor Ilizarov described this technique in 1969. Small tissue extension devices are also widely used in cranio-maxillary-facial surgery to treat mandibular and maxillary distortion or asymmetry as well as for craniosynostosis and facial adjustments.
You really want to enhance and/or enlarge your breasts out of dissatisfaction, feelings of inadequacy, or hey -maybe you just want to fill your clothes or your pretty bras out more alluringly! You, like many women are asking the question “do breast enhancement pills really work?” Larger breasts seem to the elusive object of desire for so many these days, especially with increasing numbers of women getting surgical breast augmentation, it’s almost become a status quo.

But you are not looking for the round, unmoving, and sometimes very artificial look of breast implants. It used to be if you were in this boat, you were really just relegated to living with the breasts you had, and learning to like them. Well, now, with the advent of modern science and nutraceutical technology, there are some very viable and effective alternatives to surgical breast augmentation. So, that brings us to that same question, do breast enhancement pills really work?
