March 18, 2008 Nokia N82 now available in black Posted by Saara at 02:40 PM | Categories: S60 News

Nokia N82 in blackThis one I really gotta have! This jet black multimedia computer enables you to geotag the images you capture with the date and location info. The device automatically tags images with capture location metadata, making it possible to view the capture location on a map either on the Internet or on the device itself. This adds to a line-up of compelling photography features, including a 5 megapixel camera, Carl Zeiss optics and a Xenon flash. Not only does the Nokia N82 take great pictures, array of advanced connectivity features makes it easy to share discoveries, journeys and locations.

The Nokia N82 in black is expected to start shipping within weeks, with an estimated retail price of approximately 400 euros, before taxes and subsidies.

Great! Does this mean, that the firmware update for the silver version is also available soon?!

jukka - Unfortunately I'm not able to disclose information about future firmware updates. And even if I could I actually don't know if/when it will happen :-)

nokia should have upgraded the memory card to 8gb... I'm sure a lot of nokia fans will be happy if that happens

I have seen its silver color..looks awesome. The main disadvantage is its buttons- which are not friendly to use.
