Just found this blog dedicated to N91, thanks to my colleague Johannes. Lots of speculative stuff, but at least the real pictures of the phone, accessories and UI should be interesting.

    Hi,

Model : N91 8GB this set is worst handset and the service from nokia is more worst.

I have purchased a handset on 19 April 2007 and its in warranty period and following are the details about handset .

I am having following complains and no body from nokia is responding:

    1. within two months menu key of my mobile stops working and I have given mobile for service on 18 august 2007 and service engineer of the service center told me that set is having some hardware problem and will send it to Delhi for service and it will take max 20 days to repair it and I asked for standby set then they said its not in nokia policy to provide standby set to the customer. Then I said I am not having spare mobile what I will do until I will not get my handset back. They said sir you have to manage just for 20 days. We can’t do anything. I said ok and I submitted my handset for service.

Concern : why I should not get standby handset from nokia during the service period? I have already spent so much of money to purchase this bloody handset tell me why I should buy temporary set?

2.But the real problem starts when I went to service center to get back my handset after 30 days and was so surprised by hearing that my set is not yet repaired and they told me to come after one week and after this it was the same story every week and i have to wait in queue for hours and what I was getting as result is same story and one day I was frustrated because I am also working for a company and I can’t leave office for 2 or 3 hours in a day and also I was not having any mobile with me and you can understand my problem and I sought ed on service center manager and he promised me that you will get back your repaired mobile after 5 days.

3.On 16 October 2007 (nearly after 2 months)I got my mobile back and I checked the menu key it was working and I was little bit happy to get back my mobile.

4.But my happiness was only for shorttime because after 1 hour screens are automatically started flickering and it was just opening and closing the screen repeatedly and not allowing me to use it I was not able to use anything like not able to call, not able to check messages, not able to use music player ….etc. and it was happening for full day almost 24 hours and after that it stopped flickering and same problem occurred MENU key was not working a tall. Then I noticed after some time again flickering started and same story it stopped after sometime and Menu key was not working.

6.Now I am not in position to give it for service because I can’t trust on nokia service because they are taking so much of time for service and doing nothing as service. Because my last experience was very bad and I can’t bear that kind of pain again and again.

Even i complained to high athorities in nokia but even i didnt get the proper response from them also.

    Regards
    Aslam
