« Upgrading Nokia Podcasting: FAQ (Updated Dec 06) | Main | Nokia Podcasting Feature Requests »

While demoing our Nokia Podcasting, I had some people ask if I had my own podcast. And if not, then why not?
Good point. So, to try to "walk the talk", I have started a Music Podcast podcast and blog. The first podcast was created for the recent Nokia Open Studio event in New York.
Here is the RSS Feed link:

I have to admit that it was a blast to do. But, its also been interesting working within the limitations of a pre-set blog environment to make sure the RSS tags are optimized and also getting the meta data right for the actual file. Still tweaking the buttons to tune in to the right mix.
Here's an overview of the Music Podcast from the "About":
"The Nokia Music Podcast is an audio and video discovery channel to tap into fresh music and interviews with artists from around the world. Hear exciting tracks from the best in current chart topping heros, hot new buzzmakers, legacy legends, and soon to be discovered unknowns. Immerse yourself in an ocean of great music. Dive in. Dive Deep."
So drop by. Listen to the show and leave some comments.

Also check out the "innertoob" box that I'm experimenting with. Each little cubby triangle on the timeline gives a lot more information on the artist and lets you make comments about a particular part of a podcast. Would this feature be something you all might be interested in? (Users able leave comments at specific points of a podcast.)
Thanks.

OT: whenever one clicks on the big banner at the top of this blog, the About page is displayed which is not what one would expect. Clicking on the banner should display the main page as it does on just about every other blogs on this planet including all the S60 blogs.
OT2: this captcha is extrememly annoying and often difficult to read. Whenever i try to post, it always fails 2 or 3 times. Any way to make it easier to comment?

STEVEN: There are some defaults on the program I am using to setup the blog. I'll chat with my resident guru and see if we can/should change the URL to go to the main page, rather than the About.
RE: OT2:
STEVEN: The CAPTCHA...I don't think that's something we can change, but I'll pass the info on to the S60 blog team.
