Evening with S60 in NYC was a blast!

On Wednesday we hosted our second “Evening with S60″ in New York and it sure was a blast! Whenever we have the chance, we like to use the Nokia Flagship stores for these events and since there is one in New York City, the event was of course held there.

We were honoured to have Dean Kamen attend the event and give a short speech on his views on innovation and inventions. Check out the video from Ovi. (Sorry by the way for the low video quality. The video is a download from Qik.)

The latest devices where on show at the store including the Nokia N96, Nokia N85 and Nokia N79. We also had the S60 RC Truck for anyone to test as well as a very interesting demo of an app called MobiSpray.

We had a great turnout of around 120 guests, which I think was just the perfect number for the store. It was awesome to meet some new and some old friends like Whatleydude, gwapz, MobileDan and many many more! At the end of the evening we gave out BT headsets and two Nokia N95-3 phones to give away, check out the video of the draw from Ovi.
